Looking for skilled individuals for repairs and renovations. Skill set should include but not be limited to:
- Drywall repairs/ installation, including insulation and vapour barrier
- Flooring (vinyl, laminate, VCT, ceramic, etc.)
- Trim and casing
- Painting
- Demolition will be required at times
Additional information about the position:
- Regular lifting of 5-60 pounds assisted / unassisted
- Working at heights certification required
- Fit testing, half and full masks will be provided
- G class driver’s license considered an asset
- Written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Wage from $20-$35 per hour
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and on call when required
